Site view Assistance / Suggested view Settings
Page updated on: December 15, 2006
We have attempted to provide good presentation and navigation facilities
within this web page collection for a variety of browsers. Since we do not
have the hardware and software facilities to test in most browsers, we have
gone by the expected behaviour of standard HTML.
Here are some tips to view the site and for navigation within the site.
- This set of web pages are best when viewed using a minimum resolution
of 800x600 pixels. The web browser window size should be maximized.
- A site map has been
provided. Links to the presentations either using Frames or without using frames
have been provided on the site map.
- Refresh the pages, especially the pages on Thought
for the day to get the latest page. We try to update on a regular basis.
- Use the appropriate links on bottom of the page, when Javascript is not
handled by the browser, to view the same information in a different
presentation (which does not use Javascript).
- The links to next and previous page in the sequence have also been
provided on most pages (either with hyper-linked images or simple text links).
- To go back or forward to the pages that you have viewed
in current session, please use the browser's buttons or icons on its
tool bars.
- On the site index, we have two types of buttons. A "plus" symbol
is used to show possible expansion of sub-topics. A "minus" symbol
is used to show possible collapse of the details (to leave only the heading
in the index). When you click on a "plus" the topic is expanded to show
the sub-topics or sub-page titles. When you click on a "minus" the
sub-topics/ sub-page titles are hidden (collapsed up). This is similar
to Windows "folders" functionality.
Please email us with all
suggestions for improvement of presentation and navigation aids. We would
like to help as many people as possible in having access to the information
we would like to share.
