The Discoverer of Homeopathy

Homeopathy was discovered by Dr. Fredrick Samuel Hahnemann frm Germany in an accidental manner. While translating Cullen's Materia Medica , he came across a statement that cinchona bark can cure ague because it is bitter.
Dr. Hahnemann was not convinced and decided to try it out. He took some amount of powdered Cinchona Bark and found that it had the capacity to bring the symptoms of malaria int the person who consumes it. Hence, he came to the conclusion that, the substances that have the capacity to produce a disease symptoms can cure only those of symptoms produced by it.

Homeopathy and its advantages

Homeopathy has very great advantages. First of all the cure is rapid, gentle, and a permanent cure. Secondly, there are rarely any side - effects of the medicines.
But Homeopathy is a difficult pathy to practice because it needs a great understanding of the patient as a person which includes the disease of the patient, the psychological effects on the patient, his environment, his habits, his inputs and outputs, his behaviour, his social gathering, his relationships in the family, with his/her spouse, and with the society. Hence, an understanding of all this required in depth first and then the knowledge of medicines and their pharmaclogy, and prescription is essential. But, in short Homeopathy is a very science of medicine, which if practiced with great understanding can do wonders.
