Van Gastel demands fl.50.000 (About $22.000) from publisher
ROTTERDAM - Feyenoord-player Jean-Paul van Gastel demands an amount of 50.000 guilders from the publisher Jan Scheffers. According to Van Gastel has the publisher used his photo on the cover of the book called "Het Feyenoordgevoel", that was released just after the championship of Feyenoord (the club at which Van Gastel plays) last year.
Holland - France posphoned until after Euro 2000
ZEIST - The international friendly match between Holland and France, that was set for April 26th, has been posphoned. Both countries decided to this after they got grouped together in group D of Euro 2000. The match will now be played in preperation for the World Cup of 2002.
