Background: Joined with his friends Kara and Ezekiel in a quest to retrieve the recently rediscovered Adept's Stone. During the final battle at Tier Bastion, his best friend Ezekiel was killed saving his and Kara's lives. Both of his weapons were broken during a fight with the Bladenheart 2nd Commander Lyx, yet he managed to kill Lyx and took his katars to replace his broken weapons. Kara and he returned to Rullenfay to wait out the winter until the spring, where the two would once again set out in search of the Adept's Stone.
