Desiderius Koloszváry de Koloszvár

Desiderius Koloszváry de Koloszvár was born at Veszprém, Hungary in 1854.  In October 1911, FML Desiderius Koloszvary de Kolosvar was appointed to command the XI. Corps stationed at Hermannstadt, Transylvania.  He was taking over from GdI Franz Schoedler.  Koloszvary remained in this leadership role until September 1914, when he was dismissed and FML Stefan Ljubicic assumed control of the Corps.  The following timeline summarises Koloszváry's military career: 1876    Graduated the Technisch Militär-Akademie 1876    Leutnant in Hussar Reg.
