V&E Greenline

The V&E Greenline is a 1.7 mile long park that was formerly the route of the L&N railroad.  It is private property, maintained by volunteers, and financed through efforts of residents of the area and the Vollintine-Evergreen Community Association (VECA).  It is intended as a sanctuary for wildlife and for quiet recreation.  Vollintine-Evergreen residents use the Greenline for people walking, dog walking, biking, caring for plants, neighboring, educational opportunities for children, and occasional fundraisers.   Motorized vehicles and noisy activities will be prohibited on the greenbelt.  See the areas below to find out more about the Greenline.
