Basically the best choice of personality is Vegeta or Piccolo because Vegeta can be either a hero or a villian, has high power levels, sweet card powers, and is a saiyan so he can use villains, Goku and Gohan only cards. Piccolo is the same only his power is a little lower and he can use Piccolo and Nail only cards.
