Visitors from luclin????

Caught this pic while headin back to OT outpost, im not sure what these things are,  maybe visitors from luclin, maybe some  frag happy wizzy's  taking out there frustrations on the sky, all i know is they cam from the out post , and flew off like bats outta hell.
