1.Remembrances
a.The
Club will send flowers or an
appropriate
memorial gift in the
following
situations:
1)To
a hospitalized Club member
2)To
the family of a Club member,
upon
the death of that member.
3)To
a Club member upon the death
of
a spouse, child, parent, or other
immediate
part of the family of
that
member.
4)To
a hospitalized person who has
made
a special contribution to the
club
or to the dog fancy in general
or
for the funeral of such a person
b.Responsibility
for sending such
remembrances
shall rest with the
Sunshine
Committee.

a.Only
Club members shall have the
privilege
of using the Club Library.
b.Library
materials are to be reserved
with
the Club Librarian by telephone;
the
Librarian will bring requested
items
to the next Club meeting.
c.A
check-out period for library material
is
from a regular meeting to the next
regular
meeting.
d.The
loan of material may be renewed
for
one check-out period by phone
consent
of the Club Librarian.A
renewal
is permissible if no one else
has
requested the material.
e.A
fine of 50 cents per item, per check-
out
period, shall be paid by the
borrower
if material is not renewed
properly.
f.Any
member who loses a checked-out
item
shall reimburse the Club for the
replacement
cost of that item, plus an
additional
fine of $1.00.
g.The
number of items checked-out per
member
shall be at the discretion of
the
Club Librarian.
h.Any
questions or conflicts concerning
library
procedures shall be resolved by
the
Board of Directors.

3.Membership
List:It shall be Club
policy
that each member take every
precaution
to assure that the Club mem-
bership
list be restricted from non-
members.
