 - One of the V.A.P.C.'s creators, long time friend of 9. 5 is what you could say the head of the beast over seeing the comings and goings, hirings and firings of the V.A.P.C. Often outspoken, he can be found floating around the message boards or ICQ when he isn't playing rugby and laundering  money from different organizations. He has been in witness protection since 1975 after an incident involving the New York Mob and a moped

 - (Retired) Also one of the creators and long time friend of 5, 9 has a humor yet deep a morbid outlook on life, he was a mainstay with the group and was cherished by all, he took pride in often picking on the less intelligent marks involved with wrestling. Sadly 9 retired and skipped the country, 9 moved to Korea where he is now teaching unknowing Korean  kids English hoping one day to rule New Zealand with an army of drunk  Koreans

- Is also one of the V.A.P.C. Gestapo members. 23 is nomadic and shows up whenever R.A.W. is in town often posting on the message board from different places, 23 is credited with being one of the original 3 of the V.A.P.C. 23 is also an intergalactic super hero, he often spends his time trying to save the universe, usually every weekend around 9am on the Fox Network

- Is a mental patient often credited to being a witty person, many do not realize 11 is actually rambling, not knowing between reality and fake. 11 is  usually found drifting PC talking about cheese and some one named TIMMAY.  This ends up with the V.A.P.C. holding back 11 at R.A.W. matches to make sure the wrestlers do not get killed or injured by his actions. 11 is also a big Kim Mitchell fan and cherishes his massive collection of Kim Mitchell work, especially patio latrines

- Is a convicted killer and former hit man, his short temper often lets go into a rage of anger, often spilling over into the R.A.W. shows where he has  even assaulted KINGMAN with the V.A.P.C. Hardcore Belt. He also moonlights as a pimp in his spare time so he can keep his bad ride in this phat crib

- The arch nemesis of Ben the Lyons, 69 is one of our recent editions, he  was converted over to the V.A.P.C. after seeing the light and wanting to join in on our low brow fun. 69 has never been seen sober and often sleeps in a big bed full of money and beautiful women, he supports his habits by selling guns and drugs from the paddle boat stand at Magic Valley

- One of the older members, 44 works a lot and sleeps little, he works way too much. He is credited with coming up with many of the V.A.P.C.'s stupid slogans. 44 is considered one of 5's special V.A.P.C. Gestapo men. 44 once dreamed to be a professional ice bagger but after a horrible career ending in injury he took up his second love... the legitimate theater on Broadway in New York City

- Is the only female member of the group and also the toughest, she is the only member who can do a 450 splash then get up and chug a 40 of colt 45. Once an orphan she was trained by the S.A.S. to be a lethal assassin, now  recruited she makes the V.A.P.C.'s last line of defense...God help us all if she's let loose

- We don't know much about 8; he is quiet and loves R.A.W. He drops by time to time and highly enjoys watching other people get hurt, he is currently touring New York with his death metal band and their tribute to Satan. 8 also enjoys re-enacting wrestling events, often jumping off of 30 foot cages onto tables. Thank God for him, his dad owns Blue Cross

- Is a man servant to the Irving company and rarely is let off his chain except for R.A.W....he likes to sniff fumes and will attack people from rival gas companies. Not much is heard from him nowadays and is currently unemployed, leaving the Irving company to fill in the crater that he left behind

- 17 is the smallest member of the V.A.P.C. and also the strongest. He once saved 63 from a gang of evil voodoo mimes who had him trapped inside an invisible burning box ~ 63 is lucky to be alive. 17 is known for his drinking and womanizing and it is believed he knows where Lucky's lucky charms are

- 91 is our representative in Halifax, a golf addict, one time he kicked Happy Gilmore And Tiger Woods ass at the same time. Banned from the PGA for often taking other golfers and body slamming them through burning tables which he brings onto the course

- He is touring Western Canada with the Calgary Stampede, bringing wrestling into the rodeo business has made him well known in those parts. Not much of a sober man but more of a drunk rodeo clown with rather large man breasts. Sad to see him go, he leaves the V.A.P.C. with one question: Is he ever coming back?

- At an exclusive interview with the 6 o'clock news, this is what 15 had to say.
"I FUCKIN' HATE PICTOU COUNTY, YOU TRY AND DO SOMETHING GOOD FOR THE COMMUNITY AND YOU GET SHIT ON, YOU'RE IN JAIL IF YOU'RE A "TEEN" HERE AND NO MATTER WHAT THE SITUATION IS YOU'RE ALWAYS SUSPECT #1, IT'S BULLSHIT, NO WONDER THIS PLACE IS A FUCKIN' DUMP, IT'S BULLSHIT!!!!!!!!!"
