We accept student referrals from many sources:

          1. Classroom teachers, administrators, counselors
          2.  Standardized Test Scores
          3.  Participation in a gifted program in a previous district.
          4.  Parent or guardian
          5.  Peers of the student
          6.  Students themselves
          7. Other interested adults in the child's life.
(Pastor, Scout Master, etc.)

Nomination forms are available through the Lake Ridge Elementary Gifted Center.  These must be completed, signed, dated, and returned by the person nominating the child to the Gifted Resource Teacher before the process can begin.
