I have moved to Massachusetts, and my cozy, 1-bedroom coach house apartment in Chicago needs a new tenant.
The apartment is on the first floor of quiet South Kenwood coach house, just north of Hyde Park. A washer and dryer and storage are available in the basement. The apartment has A/C and a security system (and is gated). There is ample street parking.
It is one mile from the University of Chicago. It is on a university bus route and is near the CTA #172 bus to campus. It is also near the #6, 2, and X28 buses (a convenient, 10-minute ride to downtown) and other buses. It is also near Lake Shore Drive and is a short walk to the lakefront.
The monthly rent is $645. Utilities (gas and electric) are separate. It is available immediately.
