CREDENTIALS
Principal, Mark Valle, brings 25 years of practical Management and Marketing experience to the consulting arena. A degree
in Marketing and a Masters in Finance are complimented by success in a variety of endeavors including founding an industrial
company, creating innovative retail marketing, consulting a foreign municipal government on industrial and commercial
development, negotiating mergers for small business and implementing organizational development based on creating a
progressive, positive climate and publishing his second book in 2006. Industries include engineering, trucking,
retail, e-commerce, municipal, public agencies and the State of California. He believes senisitivity to the people in an
organization is an essential premise to enhancing any structure. "Useable ideas that are understood and applied effectively are
invaluable. Give the clients remedies they can use...rather than theories that sit on a shelf."
Dr. Brian Grossman is an executive consultant, trainer, coach and clinician specializing in organizational optimization. His
specific focus is working with managers and supervisors to support them in facilitating optimal performance from
underachieving employees. With a wry sense of humor and unique ability to enable the audience to laugh while learning, Dr.
Grossman has a unique approach to consulting. He believes that humor opens people up to the essence of integrating new
skills. Dr. Grossman has provided training to numerous entities including JPL, Burlington Northern-Santa Fe RR, Goodwill
Industries, Hewlett Packard, IBM, the IRS and the U.S. Treasury. He is the author of a 6 CD audio program and E-book
titled "Listening: The Essential Element in Communication" to be published in March of 2006.
Rita Rizzo had facilitated over 4000 seminars for business, industry, governmental agencies, health care facilities, associations,
colleges and universities throughout the United States, Canada and England. She assisted in the research, design and
development of a Quality Leadership University for Ohio's largest healthcare provider. She's conducted Management Training
for Children Services and Human Services Administrators in nine states and two Canadian provinces over the past fifteen
years. Designs, authors and publishes training curriculums and self-directed study programs customized to the assessed needs
and specifications of the client. Is the author of a mandatory training series entitled "Purposeful Interviewing" commissioned
by the Ohio Dept. of Job & Family Services. Designed and operationalized the "Hocking County Job Service Center" in 2001,
one of the top performing "One Stop Employment Shops in Ohio.
