APPLICATION:
The container plant has especially been designed for a
small scale production of margarine, shortening and fat with a capacity of
500 - 1.000 kg/h. It is completely pre assembled,
piped, cabled and tested, so the start-up time on
site is reduced to a minimum. After connecting the necessary
product pipes and energy supply, the plant is immediately
ready for production - PLUG IN AND PRODUCE.
Our offer is furthermore based on a working voltage of 380 volts, 3 phases, 50 cycles.
A different voltage and number of cycles would require higher prices for the motors
and the electrical equipment.
Delivery time
At present about 7 months (time for reconditioning) after receipt of
the order and clarification of all technical and commercial details.
Payment conditions
50% of the net value as down payment when placing the order plus the valid legal tax
50% of the net value, payable on presentation of shipping documents plus the total amount of legal tax,
considering the insurance part of the down payment.
All bank charges to be carried by buyer.
The plant comprises of:
1. 1 x Preparation area and equipment
The preparation area consists of a working table made of stainless steel with a warm water bath.
2. 1 x electronic platform scale with indication
For weighing salt and other ingredients.
The scale is connected to a digital indicator.
3. 1 x ultrasonic flow meter (heat able) for oil
With electronic quantity regulator.
The flow meter works in accordance with the two-beam measuring principle according to
the running time difference method.
4. 1 x flow meter (magnetic-inductive) for water
To meter the water phase.
5. 2 x fat blend tanks RD 500
One vessel is equipped as an emulsion vessel for preparing the total emulsion and the
other is provided as buffer vessel.
6. 1 x water heater
The emulsion tanks and the double-walled pipelines are provided for the heating
by warm water. For this, we will supply an electrically heated water vessel
7. 1 x centrifugal pump, heat able
The pump is used to convey the liquid oils and fats from the emulsion tank
into the buffer tank. Moreover, the pump serves as conveying pump during the cleaning process.
8. 1 x filter for the emulsion
The filter is used to avoid that some dirt parts or foreign substances from the
oil storage tanks and the stirring vessels for the oil-soluble phase can enter the piston pump.
9. 1 x piston pump
The pump is used to pump the emulsion resp. liquid fat through the combinator plant.
10. 1 x Combinator
The Combinator consists of:
1 cooling cylinder,
Having a diameter of 180 mm and a length of 900 mm
1 crystallising cylinder,
Having a diameter of 250 mm and a length of 600 mm (contents 28 litres)
11. 1 x plate heat exchanger
For melting the rework product at start or standstill of the filling/packaging machine.
The plate heat exchanger is mounted on a frame.
12. 1 x water heater
The plate heat exchanger, item 11, and the double walled pipelines are heat able
by warm water. For this purpose, a water heater will be supplied.
13. 1 x electrical control cabinet
To control and supervise the motors and electrical aggregates of the combinator plant.
The clamp handle for the main switch, push buttons, light indicators, ammeters, digital
displays and electronic regulating devices, if any, are installed at the door of the control
cabinet where they can be easily watched. The main switch, contactors, contactor relays, motor
protection relays, fuses and terminals are mounted on the mounting plate inside the control cabinet.
These parts are completely wired.
14. 1 x single-stage compressor for freon 507 for the combinatory
