For producing a multi layer dough sheet,

Mode of working:
Fresh dough and return dough are moulded in a common dough pre-shoetree, into an endless dough band,
this dough band is then laminated down to the required thickness over 2 pairs of rollers,
folding and layering device follows, number of layers adjustable, delivery of the endless folded or layered
dough band onto a transport belt in right-angled arrangement to roller unit,
roller width of the dough pre-sheeter and the 2 sheeters: 800 mm,
in the folding and layering device the dough band is layered or folded at a width of
1200 mm and given to the following cutting machine.

1 X dough pre-sheeter with 2 rollers of 350 mm Ø each,
manual roller adjustment from 0 - 45 mm,
with dough funnel of abt. 1000 kg capacity, stainless steel,
the endless dough band is forwarded on a transport belt having its own drive
2 pairs of gauge rollers
with 2 even rollers of 250 mm Ø each, manual roller adjustment from 0 - 20 mm

1 X folding + layering device

1 X forwarding belt
to feed the 1200 mm wide dough band to

1 X type RTA 1200 cutting machine
working width 1200 mm
consisting of:
3 X two-roller sheeters
rollers 300 mm Ø mm, manual roller gap adjustment from 0 - 15 mm,
for stress relief of dough band, a folding belt is placed before the cutting section,
between the last sheeter and the cutting device, a blower arrangement
and one fan for drying the dough band surface are installed,

1 X cutting device
with rotating cutting rolls 205 mm Ø, after being cut, the dough pieces are detached from cutting belt
through a detaching shaft and conveyed to the oven

1 X wetting device
to moisten the cutting belt

1 X dough net separating device
to separate the dough net resulting from cutting from the dough pieces, delivery of the dough net onto

1 X dough net return transport
placed laterally on the non-operator's side

1 X distributing device
that feeds the dough net to the dough pre-sheeter over the total width of the funnel
