I was assigned to the 35th Tank Battalion
of the fourth Armored as a replacement in February of 1946. This
unit
then became the 35th Constabulary and finally the 42nd Constabulary
where I served until Sept. 1948. I was discharged into the
reserve and back to
civilian life..
Sept. 1950 I was returned to Germany and
rejoined the 42nd where I served for one year.
