USBank Disgrace

My money was stolen from USBank. USBank told me to file a police report and then they would return my money to my account and so I did. Then, USBank told me that they made a mistake in setting up my account and they were not going to return my money. Even though I gave proper written notice within 30 days as required by law, USBank still refused to return my money. USBank has since claimed that I was not a customer of USBank and they owe me no due care. This was their lame and false excuse, that I was not a customer. USBANK LIES! Not only was I a customer of USBank, they accepted my deposits and then my money was unjustly stolen by a person not named on my USBank account. USBank had the nerve to outright LIE and then mail me my bank statement that has my name on my account and shows the unauthorized withdrawal from a person who is not on my account. USBank LIED to the U.S. government OCC and I believe they LIED knowingly and willingly. I believe that I have been defrauded by USBank and that USBank should be held accountable for their LIES. I also believe that USBank aided and abetted the thief who took my money.

After searching the Internet I have found that alot of people have complaints about USBank and their so called "Five Star Service." Mostly, that USBank provides very poor service and they hurt alot of people.
There are numerous complaints against U.S. Bancorp and USBank about their reputation for bad customer service, poor ethics and alleged fraudulent acts. In settlements, USBank has been allowed to admit "no wrong doing" but that does not change the fact that these actions by USBank happened.

AHRC claims that USBank is using false and misleading representations in order to aid in stealing homes through non-judicial foreclosure.

Best and Worst showed USBank was voted as the bank with the worst ethics in the USA.

BrownWatch reported that USBank settled in class action lawsuits brought by black customers who accused them of racial bias in automobile lending policies.

Elder Law Forum has a complaint claiming USBank lost a senior citizen's IRA.

This Whistleblower against NOVA Information Systems, owned by US Bancorp, has charged that the company has routinely neglected data security on databases that contains billions of credit card numbers and millions of business owners' social security numbers and other sensitive information.

USBank is so popular, they are now listed at Consumer Affairs.

Finally, USBank seems to have a problem with embezzlement.

This USBank officer and USBank Trust officer and USBank manager and USBank loan admisistrator and USBank employee and this USBank employee have all been charged.

Recently, some USBank employees claim that the bank ignored troubling signs in the fraud office. Looks like stealing is rather easy at USBank.

At this USBank branch in Highwooda growing list of customers, most of them Mexican immigrants, say their savings and other accounts are missing or have been depleted without their permission.

WKYC reported that Chester Township is suing USBank for cashing fraudulent checks. WIBW reported that USD501 is also suing USBank alleging a check counterfeiting scheme.

There are numerous more sites and articles about USBank, these are just a few. What I have found about USBank is in my belief a shameful disgrace to the American Consumers and to our Country.
