Any of these words put in connection with (international) sales addresses a crucial corporate endeavor. The outcome of the effort is of major importance; it has a key impact on various departments and company resources. Getting it right is imperative! 

Each word brings “change and action”. “Establishing” indicates growth; “Revitalizing and Turning-around” indicate a need to change from a downturn; “Optimizing and Fine-Tuning” indicate adjustment.
 

Change requires knowledge!  Without the knowledge and expertise success becomes a struggle.

Recruitment of the appropriate candidate being part of the assignment, the company will not be facing the regular 22% to 30% recruiting fee.
