To my friends from America, Canada, Australia, and France Today was the 62th D-Day landing anniversary! Mom and I assisted to Ranville Cemetery ceremony (in memory of the british para-troopers, the nicest ceremony of the day), later we went on Hill 112, where Albert Figg the famous vet from Canterbury was in compagny of the Lady Hawkins College Kington Herefordshire. At 4pm, we have assisted to the official ceremony of Asnelles. The British Ambassy some Ministers, secretaries, Military assistants were present too!
On the return we assisted at the Canadian Ceremony into the War Canadian Cemetery: Beny-Reviers- The nicest cemetery! It is full of flowers, lovely and quiet cemetery..... Our teens laid some wreaths flowers everywhere. The classrooms of Ranville Asnelles were present too. Jean-Marc Lesueur
