New York - War Brides and their children arrive in New York smiling, many of them holding infant children, this group of war brides arrived in New York today from Ireland. They were among 60 women and 16 children. The wives and offspring of U.S. Sailors, who arrived on a transport bringing naval personnel home. The men were stationed at a naval construction base in Ireland.
