Dean is currently completing a B Com/LLB degree.  He hopes one day to pursue a career in accounting or law.  He is quite often seen at Rosies enjoying a 'reposnsible night of quiet drinking'.  Dean curently lives at home with his parents and his sister Kim.  He has a beautiful girlfriend called Leanne.  Dean enjoys walks in the park at sunset and long hot bubble baths.  (Just kidding)
Andrew is the coordinator of the club's highty successful social events.  He is currently completing an Arts degree with majors in government and international relations.  He represented the club at the recent United Nations Youth Forum.  As an ex-college student, one can expect Andrew to have a certain fetish for beer - this enables him to excell in his role and has given rise to two highly successful 'All you can drink' functions this year.  He lives in a unit, just of campus and also withing walking distance of the R.E. Hotel.  Andrew manages the bar at the 'Gabba' for a living.   Andrew also holds a position on the UQ Union Council.
Shane is responsible for overseeing and editing the club's magazine "Bonner" - names after the first aboriginal members of parliament - Neville Bonner.  He is currently completing a Commerce degree and hopes to one day work in accountancy.  He is a volunteer office worker for Councilor Jane Prentice - he helps her in her ward office and around her garden.  He delivers newspapers to make ends meet, and is active in a number of other student and community run clubs and organisations.  Shane also holds a position on the UQ Union Council.
Thomas Ta is a bi-campus student, and is studying international business and chinese.  It is also worthwhile noting that Thomas is the President of the Griffith University Liberal Club.  He has a job in the Griffith SRC (Student Representative Council) - where he compiles and assists students in their educational appeals.  Thomas is a hard worker and a committed Liberal, so he is highly valued by the other members of the executive.
Reuben 'Big Ruby' Thompstone is somewhat of a character on the UQ Liberal Club's executive.  He is undertaking an Arts degree with majors in religion and peace and conflict studies.  He works in the UQ Union's Main refectory, and is also a caterer for UQU Catering.  He won a position on UQ Union council as an independent, and also holds positions on the legislative committee and the selection committee for the returning officer of the Union.  Reuben's success with the Formal dinner function earlier this year show his ability to organise and coordinate.  That is all.
Eliza is perhaps the longest acting member on the UQ Liberal Club's executive.  She is undertaking an Honours degree in American history and hope to be accepted into a pHD program next year.  She holds a position on UQ Union Council and is also a member of the Clubs and Societies Committee and Postgrad Committee.  Her experience and working knowledge are welcomed by the club's executive and excells in her role as Immediate Past President.  Eliza also teaches young ESL children English to make ends meet.
Michael has recently vacated his Club VP position due to family commitments.  The club wishes him well in his future endevours.
Kim is currently undertaking a Commerce/Economics dual degree.  She's highly committed to her study, but she finds the time to do the club's books.  She works for ESPRIT as a sales assistant.  Her keen eye for detail and her abilites with numeracy make her an asset to the club and the club's operating budget.
Antonio is completing a pHD in Buddhist studies.  As a university medalist in his Arts(Hons) degree, it is easy to see that acedemic life is important to him.  He is a member of the UQ Library's purchasing committee, and his faculty's acedemic board.  He is a councilor on UQ Union council, and also an active member of the Clubs and Socs committee.  His interests include Indonesian Silat, Gormet Food, Foreign Movies and World Travel.  He is fortunate enough to be recieving a scholarship.
Mark is enroled in a Business/Economics dual degree.  He works at Brisbane Carsound to make ends meet, as he lives out of home.  He is also the QLD State Rep for ALSF (Australian Liberal Students Federation).  Mark hopes to one day work in a marketing management position.  His interests include mucic, his family and his friends.  Typically described as 'An Ideas Man', Mark provides direction for the club and enjoys being its spokesperson.
