During the day, we often see them on the road knocking through our windows if not selling fresh sampaguita and newspaper, begging for alms. In the evening, still we see them on the road only this time they lie on the sidewalk or under the bridge to sleep. Each of us definitely has different feelings towards these streetchildren. We believe you wish that you could help them in your own little way. 

U.P. Task Force Streetchildren is an organization devoted to the welfare of under privileged-minors. It seeks to make them self-sufficient and responsible young persons through the following integrated programs:

·Values Formation
·Skills Development 
·Basic Academic Education
·Health and Nutrition
·Scholarship Program

The implementation of these programs is solely dependent on individuals who wish to help uplift the living condition of the streetchildren in their own little ways. So we invite you to be part of Task Force Streetchildren. As the Chinese proverb says: "Give man a fish, you feed him for ONE DAY. Teach man how to fish, and you feed him for the REST of his LIFE."
