Welcome to the National Panhellenic Council for the Upstate Counties for South Carolina, which include Greer, Greenville, and  Pickens Counties. Our council is often referred to as the "NPHC of Greater Greenville, SC ". Nationally, we are the nine national recognized Pre-dominantly Black Greek-Letter organizations, both fraternities and sororities. Locally, the council is made up ofeight Chapters in the Upstate of South Carolina. This council is afflliated with the National Panhellenic Council. Our signature events are the PAN Greek Cookout  and Day of Fellowship events We meet on the fourth Monday of every month at the New Section of Greenville County Library Greenville SC at 6:30 PM.
