Before 'Timi took up his appointment as Times Publications, The Post Express and Financial Standard Correspondent at the UN in Geneva in July 2000, he has living and working in Nigeria, Cote d'Ivoire, Turkey^, cyprus and Germany.

He founded The Nigerian Environment Network (NEN), in 1989, as a student. The NEN is an organization working on environment, sustainable development, human rights, poverty alleviation, food and housing. The NEN was a working partner of The Centre for Our Common Future, Geneva, Switzerland until the Centre's closure in December 1985. The Nigerian Environment Network is now known as The Environment and Development Network (EDN). "I said it was more like a duty way back then, now, it's more of a right! Whow!

Massan Micciarelli, Deputy Editor, works with Association Contre Racisme (ACOR) in Laussane, Switzerland. She is also the United Nations Office in Geneva and Europe Representative of Organization des Volontaires Action de Developpement -Action Plus (OVAD-AP)(NGO), Togo and Groupe de Recherche et d'Action pour le Bien - Etre Social (GRABS), Republique du Benin, a NGO in consultative relationship with the UN. She is a painter and a singer with the Group Jazz Sissi Massan, Geneva and Groupe Clossalo, Lome.
