It is located near the south end of Kings Avenue in Southeast Brandon, about 3/4 mile south of Bloomingdale.
It is a short walk from a public boat dock on the Alafaya river.

The apartment has one bedroom, one bath, wall-to-wall carpet, Central Air Conditioning, Dishwasher, Screened porch, private patio, private drive, carport, private entrance.

Under the right conditions, I can add another bedroom with 1/3 bath

Smoking is forbidden inside. I prefer that there is no drinking on the property.

It is a duplex and I live on the other side.
