Ever wondered why? me too, why do we write songs?! To express emotion or maybe something deeper then that, we are who we believe we are. We express ourselves through music and as a result we are often wary of others examining our songs. The truth lies in how we express ourselves, how we treat others, what matters most to us and what we feel is most important in life, so forget about how much money CAN be made and screw thoughts of importance over other people, treat yourself, your soul with respect, create and excerise what is right and then you'll find yourself, music is a good way to start..

It's one of those days! Tired, waiting for the mastering to be done, trying desperately to decipher the mess that happens to be Undergroundsounds3, practising new songs off a cd cause' I'm up in Limerick and getting ready to interview some more illusterious bands such as Electric Eel Shock and Jetplane Landing in the next few weeks for the paper if all goes well (that is unless they decide not to be interviewed). cRASH! is low on writers and there's no way I'm going to write it all, while I'm reviewing for another paper. Anyone see Fred on some Saturday morning show for a Valentine's song. They are probaly one of the greatest bands I've heard in the last few months. I leave it up to you to discover your own musical tastes, right now I'm ready to read, sleep and start a crazy day! Denis. |
