Ed Beavers will sing the musical interludes between the disciples monologues as he has for many years. Ed's songs add impact to the disciples words with lyrics such as "thirty pieces of silver", "see how he dies", and "on that day when he rode into Jerusalem." The most poignant moment in the play comes as Ed sings the musical version of the "Lords Prayer." Ed and his family are long time members of the Lindsay UMC. Alexia Herrin contributes her considerable musical talent as organ accompanist to Ed.
