Pharmacy drops their third album straight outta Kansas City, MO. Members Frank Nitty, Pearlione Parapha-NAIL-YA, & Bread Terratino are joined on this 14 track album by Big Shady, Ladybug, V-Moe, Killa Brew, Inky, Bogart, A-Roc, Jason, Eric Lynn, and Venemous.

1. Ghetto Life-- this track is a slow laid back make-ya-head-bob type shit. This song got an R&B hook which goes pretty nicely with the track. Pretty tight track.

2. Simon Bar Sinister-- this track again starts out with a kinda laid back style but the catchy hook really gets you crunk. Pearlione sounds tight as fuck on the mic. One of the best tracks on the album.

3. Game Don't Change-- Pearlione starts the track off and rips the mic once again. Another R&B hook on this one. Nitty drops the second verse and he comes tight as well. This is another track that you can just ride to. Nice track.

4. Yak/Hoes/Doe-- this track has a real laid back beat. This title tells it all. Pealione lays down the tightest verse on the song. It's an OK track.

5. We Came Here 2 Party-- this track starts off like it's gonna be a Too Short track. Another R&B chorus on this one. This is a laid back party track if that makes any sense. I'm not really feeling one.

6. Fuck These Bitches-- the beat on this one got a lot of bells and chimes on it. It's another low tempo track that kinda reminds me of E-40 the way they rap on here. The song is about they drop the bitches once they fuck em. This is a decent track.

7. At Your Service-- this track has a got a nice piano sound over a nice bassline. Pearlione starts it out and lays it down on the mic once again. The hook has a real dark, evil feel to it. On the next verse Nitty addresses how people always say he sounds like E-40 by calling them "bitch niggas" on the sideline. Venemous closes it out. Very tight track.

8. Playin 2 Win-- the track starts off and immediately Bread Terratino reminds me of Fiend the way he's rappin with that raspy rough voice. Lots of horns on this one gives it that New Orleans feel. Whomp! Pretty good track.

9. Pop That Pussy-- the beat on this track sounds like Juvenile's "Back That Azz Up". Pharmacy declares themselves "Pharma-sex". This is one of those club booty-shakin tracks that you'd expect to see on BET Uncut.

10. The Clinic-- the beat on this one sounds like an Oriental theme with some synthesizers. Pearlione raps solo on this one. I swear he does sound a lot like E-40 without all the slang. The beat could use some work but it's a pretty good song.

11. Funny Actin'-- the beat on this one is some more laid back type shit with a West Coast feel. Nothing really special on this track.

12. RX Sales-- this track on this one has a dark, evil haunted house beat. Frank Nitty goes it alone on this track. The song is basically about selling dope. Tight flow and tight beats on this one.

13. Puppet Masters-- now this one starts off like it's made straight for radio which is a change from most of the songs on the album. Nitty starts it off and lays down an all right verse. The hook is pretty catchy and it would make Cash Money proud with it's references to big bodies and pinky rings. Pearlione lays down the next verse and he come tight. Big Shady and Bread Terratino finish the track out. Nice song.

14. Caged Bird Sings-- the song starts off with a bunch of birds chirping. Pearlione starts it off and raps about slappin snitches who cut a deal with the feds to set up a drug sting. Nitty drops the second verse and comes tight too. Tight flows but the beats on it are pretty simple.

Overall, the production by Frank Martin, Sylvester Pearl III, & Robert Fells was straight and bumpin. The album really exceeded my expectations. I was kinda surprised since I hadn't heard anyone use E-40's style of rap but Pharmacy does it enough without killing us with it. It's a very nice album worth checkin out if you wanna get into some new Midwest shit. Nice tracks all the way through.
