At 19 years old, Lil Wayne is already a veteran of the rap game. Now the last remaining member of the Hot Boys drops his third solo album on Cash Money Records.

1. Fly Talkin-- your typical Cash Money intro

2. Look At Me-- I ain't really feelin this song because it sounds too radio friendly for me. The beats ain't bad but it's not that raw sound I wanna hear from Lil Wayne.

3. Way Of Life (f/ TQ & Big Tymers)-- this is the first single from the album. This is one of those songs that grew on me as I kept seeing the video. I like the beat and I think TQ does a pretty good job on the hook.

4. Big Tigger Live On The Radio (skit)

5. Gangstas And Pimps (f/ Baby)-- this song got a real laid back feel to it. Lil Wayne drops the first verse followed by decent verse by Baby. Wayne closes the song out with another decent verse. The R&B hook "gangstas & pimps want lobster and shrimp/Kool-Aid and chicken..."gives it real old skool feel to it. This song is one of my favorites on the album. Tight song.

6. Lovely-- I ain't feelin this track. Lil Wayne raps about all the things he loves like fast cars, fast women, and Cash Money. The beat almost has a rock feel to it. The female R&B hook reminds me of Ja Rule's single "Between Me And You". I think Lil Wayne comes pretty weak on this one.

7. Gangsta Shit (f/ Petey Pablo)-- this track kicks in with the horns and heavy basslines. Petey Pablo drops a pretty nice verse. Lil Wayne also comes tight on the track. This is a tight song.

8. Big Tigger Live On The Radio (skit)

9. Bloodline-- Lil Wayne comes pretty tight on this track. The beats are nice too. Wayne even gives a shout out to B.G. at the end. Good song overall.

10. Where You At-- this is more of an up tempo track. Weezy flows all the way though the song. It almost seems like he needs to take a breath by the end of the song. It's a tight song.

11. Worry Me-- the beat got a pretty tight little bassline and Wayne delivers a nice flow. The hook is pretty catchy too. Another decent track.

12. 500 Degreez-- the beat bangin on this one and it got kinda a west coast feel to it. The hook is done in the style of Roger Troutman. Lil Wayne flows pretty good on this one. I thought this was one of the better songs on the album.

13. Go Hard-- I'm not really feelin this track. Jazze Pha sings the hook on this one. Really nothing special about this track.

14. Young'n Blues-- this song got a real laid back feel to it. It kinda sounds like "Sunny Day" off the Big Tymers album. The song has Wayne telling the story of how he hooked up with these different chicks and how he never ended up with any of them and how he can't find love. I think this would make the perfect next single. It'll get your head bobbin. Tight song.

15. Believe That (f/ Blaque & Mannie Fresh)-- this song is decent. But it's nowhere near one of the best tracks on the album. Blaque sounds all right but he ain't really got anything unique about his voice. You can almost say he sounds like Juve but then again, not quite.

16. Rob Nice Live On The Radio (skit)

17. Fuck You (f/ Big Tymers)-- this is one of the best songs on the album. The beat on this track is tight. The hook on the song is something you'd hear on a Memphis track-- just a bunch of chanting "Fuck You, nigga" I thought Mannie Fresh did a good job on his verse and Baby dropped a pretty nice verse too.

18. What Does Life Mean To Me (f/ TQ & Big Tymers)-- this song is just Baby & Mannie talkin about all the stuff that life means to them like cars, jewelry, women. It's just another skit.

19. Get That Dough (f/ Baby, Tateeze, & Cristal)-- I'm not really feelin this track. Cash Money introduces us to Tateeze and Cristal, both female rappers. Tateeze kinda sounds like Charli Baltimore.

20. Fo Sheezy-- the synthesizer beat on this one is kinda weak. Nothing special about this one. I could've done without the "banana-nana" play on words on this one.

21. Fly Talkin Go Home-- your typical Cash Money outro. Mannie Fresh talkin a ton of shit to someone.

Overall, the album was about what I expected. It's not a terrible album and if you're gonna try to compare it to Juvenile's "400 Degreez" then you're gonna be disappointed. The album ain't as good as "The Block Is Hot" but Lil Wayne has grown up and his voice has changed so he don't sound as street/raw like he used to. I thought 9 or 10 of the tracks are bumpable. Out of 16 tracks--not counting the 5 skits--that ain't that bad. It's not a great album but overall, it's not a shitty album either. I'm glad they didn't clutter the album with guest appearances, and Jazze Pha makes a nice addition to the production team.
