Hy Lyfe Inc. is an up-an-coming record label in Memphis run by CEO's Classy Kenny Blassy aka Tys, Andrew Hunt, & Sease. Hy Lyfe Inc's roster includes Princess Loko, Lil A.D, Da Paperboyz (Montana, Boney Mac, & Dirty Shame), Dank, & Lil Dallas. The 19 track album features Memphis heavyweights Gangsta Blac, DJ Squeeky, & Tom Skeemask.

1. It's Going Down-- just an intro talkin shit to all the other rap groups in Memphis talk bout how they takin over

2. In And Out-- this track starts off with a laid back, gangsterish beat. The raps on this one are pretty good, especially the second verse. Good track that you can ride to or just sit back and chill to.

3. 9mm Bitches (f/ Lil A.D. & Princess Loko)-- this track has a bit of a Louisiana feel to it with all the horns in the beats. Both the female MC's come decent on the mic but the beats aren't really all that to me.

4. It's Me-- this track has a devilish beat with some heavy basslines. Lil A.D. starts the track off and lays down some killer rhymes. Sease comes next with a all right verse where he kinda sounds like Crunchy Blac. Princess Loko ends the track off with a nice verse as well. Overall, a very tight song that has a lot of replay value.

5. Straight Game (skit)-- some talkin about how they are CEO's and real checkwriters and the new Memphis sound

6. Da Game Been Good 2 Me (f/ Gangsta Blac)-- this track has a midtempo beat that kinda reminds me of Luniz "I Got 5 On It". Gangsta Blac starts the track off and doesn't seem to bring the heat to the mic that's we know he's capable of. Blac only drops one verse on a track that should have been much better cause he got outshined by the other rappers on the track.

7. Just Holla (f/ Lil Dallas)-- this track has an R&B sound right off the bat with the crooning of 15 year old Lil Dallas who has a bit of an R. Kelly sound to him. Lil A.D. drops a decent verse but the track is definitely meant to showcase Lil Dallas instead of the rappin.

8. Keep It P.I.-- this track has an uncanny similarity to Tela "Tennessee Titans" track from the beats to the hook. The rappin on here is in a sing-songy style. It's a laid back track that's bumpable.

9. Money & The Power (f/ Da Paperboyz)-- this track has a nice mid tempo beat that got a decent bassline to it. The trio Da Paperboyz come with a nice delivery on the mic. Bumpable track.

10. Boy Don't Play (f/ Al Kapone)-- this track starts off with Al Kapone talkin before the hook kicks in which'll get ya all hyped up ready to kick a fool in the mouth. Lil A.D. drops a tight ass flow with a rapid fire delivery. This track will have ya bobbin ya head all the way through. Tight flows and beats on here will have ya rewindin it over and over.

11. Hardonaho (f/ Tom Skeemask)-- this track has a laid back midtempo beat and features Memphian, Tom Skeemask who comes with a pretty nice verse about hustlin and killin. This is another nice track that's worth checkin out.

12. Push Em-- this track has an old school Three 6 Mafia feel to it with it's dark devilish beats, heavy drums, simple hooks, and rapid fire rappin. Without a doubt the best track on the album. Just tight all the way around.

13. No Games (f/ Dank)-- this track has a laid back beat over a bassline. Princess Loko starts it off with decent verse while Lil A.D. kills it on the mic next. Dank hails from Virginia sings the hook for the track. It's an all right song.

14. I Don't Love Ya-- this track is your typical male-female battle rap track in which the guys rap about how they don't love their girls, but just want some pussy. Meanwhile, the females respond by saying that they gotta pay for that ass. It's not that bad of a track but probably won't get much replay from me.

15. Shook Up-- this track has a really nice midtempo beat that just screams Memphis. The rhymes on here are pretty good as well to make this a bumpable track.

16. Ridin-- this track has a laid back guitar beat with raps about those girls who only get with ya because of your ride or your money. The hook isn't that great and kinda ruins the tone of the track but the raps are decent.

17. In Da Club (skit)-- up in the clubs tryin to pick up a girl with some Criminal Manne blaring in the background

18. Come On Girl (f/ DJ Squeeky & Tom Skeemask)-- this track has that Squeeky sound with those weird space age pimpin beats. Skeemask comes with a tight verse on the track and sounds better than he's sounded in a while. Lil A.D. comes with a tight verse as well. Nice song to end the album off with even the hook is a little weak.

19. And Now!!-- just some shoutouts to people like Playa Fly & Gangsta Blac, the entire Hy Lyfe Inc. family, Tela, & promotions for Lil A.D. & Princess Loko's upcoming solo albums.

Overall, I thought the production on the album was on point for the most part and the rhymes were pretty good as well. The album has it's ups and downs but overall, more positives than negatives. The booklet doesn't name who raps on the tracks so it was a little hard to distinguish between voices on most of the tracks. It's a pretty good album though if you wanna listen to something fresh from Memphis. I'm starting to get the feelin that most of the underground Memphis CD's are better than the nationwide releases of some of the artists. So go out and support this one cause I guarantee this isn't the last you've heard of them.
