B-Shoc & The Dirty South Basement Boys hail from Georgia and they bring their debut album on DSB Productions. The album features Lil Rel, C-Rainey, Bash, Baby Ball, & Cartel.

1. Intro (When I Say...)-- just a little intro where B-Shoc says "when I say B, you say Shoc".

2. I Love Dirty South Rap (f/ Lil Rel)-- this track has a beat with a drum pattern. B-Shoc raps about how much he loves dirty south rap and sings the hook which goes "I love dirty south rap/B-Shoc, make you bob ya head".

3. We Ballin (f/ C-Rainey, Lil Rel, & Bash)-- this track has a laid back eerie beat with a decent bassline. This is a decent track that you can bump in the ride even though it's your typical track about cars, rims, and women. It's worth listening to.

4. SHOCnRel (f/ Lil Rel)-- this track has lots of brass mixed in with the deep basslines. The hook is in a Pharrell-like singy "Shoc-n-Rel". B-Shoc and Lil Rel rap about how the hoes show them a lot of love when they step up in the clubs now that they're "country superstars".

5. Some Say-- Nice piano laced beat with the hi-hats and basslines kickin. B-Shoc raps about some people say that they're not true riders and how they are proving every wrong. The beat makes the song worth checkin out. Nice song.

6. Street Dreams (f/ Lil Rel)-- another nice beat that has a bit of east coast flavor to it. Shoc and Rel rap about how some people have street dreams but never follow through with them. Nothing overly impressive with the track. Just another song about cars which is quickly becoming the central theme with the album.

7. Big AL Calls (f/ Big Al)-- skit

8. Turn Around & Back It Up (f/ C Rainey & Lil Rel)-- this track has an uptempo happy-go-lucky beat that is designed to get the clubs crunk. It's one of those singles that seems destined to end up on BET Uncut. In fact, if you listen to it enough, you can just see the video in your head...lots of ass shakin and scantily clad girls.

9. Special Girl-- skit

10. Words Aren't Enough-- B-Shoc starts it off sayin that sometime you have to soften up for that special girl. B-Shoc is basically singing a love song to his girl on this one. Not exactly what I wanna hear if I buy a rap album. Skip this track altogether unless you're B-Shoc's girlfriend.

11. Make Em Say Ahhh-- parody of the Pastor Troy skit in which he makes a phone call to No Limit Studios. At the same time, B-Shoc says to let Pastor Troy know that he's ready for him also.

12. We Prepared (f/ C-Rainey, Baby Ball, Lil Rel, Cartel, & Bash)-- really nice laid back dirty south, gangsta beat on this one. This one is equivalent to a posse song and each rapper does a pretty nice job on the mic but the beat takes the prize here. Definitely give this one a listen.

13. I'm Gangsta (f/ C-Rainey, Bash, & Lil Rel)-- pretty nice midtempo beat on this one. The hook goes "told you that I'm gangsta come and get it if you want some/Shoc about to bring it I don't think you really want none". C-Rainey, B-Shoc, and Lil Rel do a decent job on the mic. Decent track.

14. Freaky Deaky AOL-- the beat is basically the sounds from the AOL IM over a gangsta piano beat. B-Shoc raps about how some girls are freaks over the internet. Nothin like a song about internet hoes.

15. What Could It Be (f/ Lil Rel)-- this track has a video game like beat to it. Shoc and Rel rap about what it could be about them that has the hoes attracted to them. Not really feelin the beats or the rappin too much on this one.

16. Tryin To Make It Yo (f/ C-Rainey)-- B-Shoc and C-Rainey rap about they are just some country boys tryin to make it in the rap game and the haters aren't going to stop them. This track and beats are actually pretty catchy and you'll probably listen to it more than just once.

17. Don't Leave Me-- this track has a laid back beat with a nice bassline. Another song to B-Shoc's girl pleading with her not to leave him. I ain't really feelin the lyrics and and feel like the beats could have been used for a much tighter song.

18. Run For It Run (f/ Lil Rel, C Rainey, & Bash)-- this track has a devilish see-ya-ass in hell type beat. They rap about how these nightmares ain't just bad dreams....turns out it's reality. Tight song you should definitely check out.

19. Sick Of Class (f/ Lil Rel)-- this is just a track about how they hate class and would rather be in the studio recording songs. The hook is kinda corny and so is the whole concept of the song. Skip this one.

20. We Ballin (remix)

21. God Gave Me Music (f/ Lil Rel)-- this one has lots of synthesizers and sound effects on the beats. Shoc and Rel basically ask the Lord to give them beats and lyrics to help share them with the world.

Overall, there are ups and downs with the beats on the album. There's a lot of promise on the boards. B-Shoc and crew don't really come with anything that makes them stand out in this crowded field of talented rappers coming ouuta Georgia these days. Lyrically, they could use some more time to hone their craft instead of settling of rappin about ballin and cars like some other rappers today because they have to potential to do more.
