The purpose of this fuction is to enable a non-mechanised station to advise the sytem (QIFFMPK, QFKOPK) of the movement of ULDs by flight according to type, serial number and owner into and out of its station. This is achieved by sending a UCM message as defined in the IATA Airport Handling Manual.

The purpose of this fuction is for a station to advise the ACC of all the ULDs it hold following a physical stock check. This is achieved by sending a Stock Control Message (SCM) as specified in the IATA Airport Handling Manual. The system will have some flexibility in handling non standard message to avoid rejection where the important details are correctly recorded but there is a minor error in the format.
