Outline:
Set in a large seaside Victorian house that had been converted into flats. "It was a slice of life without the sugar" the producers said. "Future generations will refer to Castle Haven when they wish to know what life was like during the seventies."

Unfortunatly for future generations, the twice weekly soap only lasted the year.

100 x 25 minute epiosdes were made.
The series went out on Tuesdays and Fridays.
All recordings have since been wiped. At present there are no known copies of any episodes left.

Soap Cross-Over

Roy Barraclough who played Harry Everitt went on to appear in Coronation Street.
Gretchen Franklin went on to appear in EastEnders.
Kathy Staff went on to appear in Coronation Street, Emmerdale Farm and Crossroads.
George Waring who played Tom Meek also played Arnold Swain in Coronation Street.
