Concept
-------
CoEL is a fanmade scenario for the Touhou series. That means
the whole thing will consist of dialogues, some narrations
and notes, which makes it easier for me to work with. The
theme of CoEL can be paraphrased as... "Blind juggernaut of
progress." New characters, spellcards and BGMs will try to
stick to this theme. Oh, also I'll attempt to make it look
similar to the series' manuals. Because it looks nice that
way, I hope.

-Necrosurgeon, Natacia Yefimovich Rasputin.
Natacia is a traveling witch doctor. Usually, denizens of
Netherworld look for her when they are in need of medical
or psychological assistance. It is unclear whether if
Natacia was a professional doctor since life, but it is
certain that her medical prowess is empowered by her mastery
of necrotic essence. This is one of the reasons why Natacia
is not interested in healing live people. Of course, she
could just not use her power and get done with it, but
she has become kind of lazy.
But it's not that she doesn't know how to force necrotic
essence into the living.
Crepuscular Spider Ancestor, Kimura Kumo
Name: Kimura Kumo
Species: Youkai
Abilities: That of most spiders, powers to control spiders
and powers of consumption and cannibalism.
Age: Ancient
Occupation: Currently none
Location: Gensokyo
Desrciption: (CoEL)Charcoal and dark brown raiment of
royalties with four long flowing ribbons
of the same color and small ashen accesories,
brunette hair, black eyes and wise posture.
Relationships: Most other twilight creatures
Appearance: Callings of Electric Lethe
-Arachnid Queen, Kimura Kumo.
A truly ancient creature that happen to reside in Gensokyo.
She is one of animals that became a youkai through age,
somewhat like Tewi Inaba. But her powers aren't as benevolent
as Tewi's.
Kimura Kumo is, suprisingly, a kimuragumo (Okinawan variety,
specifically.) She can cast webs and hop effortlessly like a
spider, and can even hatch children spiders if necessary (how
does she do that? I'll leave that to your imagination.) These
children spiders have three uses to Kimura: 1) Channel her
barrage patterns through them 2) Devour trespassers of her
territory and 3) Be consumed when necessary. While these children
aren't as powerful as Kimura, they are bodyguards without compare.
While being one of the most powerful non-deity youkais of Gensokyo,
her limitation to twilights kind of made Kimura forgotten among
unworldly residents of Gensokyo.

Description: (CoEL) Cogwheel irises, mercury hair, flowing
black-silver-white robe. Tiny energy vortices of
all colors cycle around her.

A robot that haunts the boundary. She has the ability to
manifest knowledge. She isn't from future or past, she
just was in Gensokyo all along, waiting for a final order.
Eriya was crafted for two reasons: Clean, cook, wash, and
serve many other maidly duties for Amaya and test Amaya's
new theories. So, she had no reason to be active while
Amaya disappeared for centuries.
While her master was gone, Eriya contemplated. One day, She
would watch over Gensokyo and its exotic residents. The next
day, she would watch over the mundane world and its caustic
progressions. For the time being, it was entertaining. She
regaled herself comparing two realms.
But then it turned stale. While conflagrations of hate consumed
six million souls, ghost nobles of the paradise mused over
dying flowers. While death clad in black marched over the
mundane world, priestesses in the paradise usurped their
deity. While suns rained on cities, sages of the paradise
retreated to their claustrophobic libraries. While the world
itself burned, gods of the paradise, stuck down below in
wells as helpless frogs, plotted to destroy everything. While
humanity rotted, stolen futures of the paradise turned saccharine
and cloying.
When her master returned, Eriya swore to liberate the future.
