United Christ Church Ministries believes in the Universal Lifeforce of All Living Things. We emphasize the fundamental belief that there is a Universal Power in everything that exists in the universe. We emphasize the fundamental belief that God is good and God is Love. It is God's Will that you have everything that is good--happiness, health, abundance, and whatever else contributes to your growth and development as a spiritual being. Above all, United Christ Church emphasizes the belief that God lives within you and that you have unlimited divine potential. When people say they have found strength in "God" they have really found that strength in themselves, in the universe, and they have called it God.
Above all, United Christ Church Ministries believes the Universal Power in All Living Things (Nature, God, or whatever you wish to call it) lives in each and every living thing on earth. Just as the Native Americans believed in the Great Mystery, we believe that everything that exists--people, animals, fish, trees, plants, earth, water--has a spirit. Further, we believe that the spirit and power of one thing effects the spirit and power of everything else--just as magnetic power effects everything in the universe. We believe that this source of power is limitless and if it can be focused. It can be used to provide us with unlimited potential.
United Christ Church Ministries does not require that you perform rites and practices. In all these matters, you are free to choose what is correct for you. This is a significant characteristic of our beliefs. You and you alone can decide how to practice your relationship with the Universal Power. We do not demand that you subscribe to any creed. Instead, we offer ideas that we feel are true about the universe, about yourself, and about life--a set of ideas based on the teachings of Jesus Christ that we feel will help you find your way if you feel lost. If you feel that any of these ideas are acceptable and useful, use them to your advantage. We do not offer our beliefs as final truths that you must accept or else you will burn in Hell. We offer ideas that we think will help you to find your way if you feel lost. We believe that people should be free to practice their spirituality at whatever level they have achieved and to do whatever they feel is right and necessary to establish their own personal relationship with God--The Universal Power.
United Christ Church Ministries is not a religion in the antiquated sense. Nor is United Christ Church Ministries a church in the commonly accepted perception. We are a nondenominational organization based on the Universal Power of the Universe. We are here to offer help and support for the individual who is growing, seeking, developing, and becoming the best "being" you can be--what Jesus Christ teaches you that you can be. We are founded on the concept that the Universal Power of the Universe lives within you and therefore your purpose in life is to express your spiritual purpose and divine potential.
United Christ Church Ministries is not a Sunday Service only type of church. We are more of a daily application of universal principles to solve daily problems church. While we find nothing wrong with attending a regular, traditional church, we also find nothing specifically necessary about doing so either. You are as close as you will ever be to the Universal Power when you are on standing on a hilltop, sitting under a tree, watching the ocean, enjoying the beauty of the desert, or doing anything else that brings peace and tranquility. We welcome and accept everyone. We reject no one. We extend a warm and sincere invitation to anyone to join our eMinistries's Spiritual Family.
Because United Christ Church Ministries trusts in the Universal Power, we believe that the "Power" will supply the support we need. We do not charge for our services although we do accept donations to continue our work.
Be Impeccable With Your Word: Veracity is the basis of true self-worth. Never knowlingly prevaricate, distort, obfuscate, or present half-truths by omission.
Don't Take Things Personally: All living creatures act and react in response to millions of years of learned behavior and false teachings. They neither understand nor know why they are do what they do. Educate them.
Don't Make Assumptions or Jump to Conclusions: Be certain of what you know and what you don't know. Do not make decisions unless you have enough information to do so.
Always Do Your Best and Never Fear Failure: Failure is a form of universal education. Doing your best is based on what you have learned from past experience.
Do not be ashamed of success.
Leave the earth better than you found it.
Do not hoard wealth at the expense of others.
Be kind, considerate, and generous to all living things.
Do not allow anger or jealousy to replace good judgement and reason.
Do not knowingly commit criminal acts against people, animals, or nature.
Do not institute governing bodies that do not benefit the majority of living creatures.
God lives in body and mind. Honor and respect the dwelling of the universal lifeforce.
Do not allow others to suffer unnecessary torment and misery at the time of their death.
Do not knowingly kill any living creature except in self-defense or for humanitarian reasons.
Honor, respect, and protect your family. Love them, nurture them, support them, and educate them.
God lives in the earth. Honor and respect the dwelling of the universal lifeforce. Do not pollute, destroy, or mutilate it.
Do not worship mythical, superstition-based, false Gods or men who claim to be messengers of God. Know that God is within you and that all living creatures are equal.
Provide an example by living a virtuous and moral life. Obtain an education. Work hard and diligently. Be honorable. Champion the cause of integrity, justince, and truth.
Criminal recidivism is not allowed. Punishment equal to a crime is neither cruel nor unusual. Criminals choose their destiny with criminal acts. Offenders shall receive punishment regardless of their station or their wealth. Punishment shall be apportioned in full.
