**Every person is encouraged to bring one (1) canned good for the BMC Food Pantry.


CAMPOUT

Chapters may campout on Friday night, but must provide their own equipment. Chapters may also sleep in Bunkhouses.
ALL Chapters must also provide their own meals.

CHAPTER PROJECTS

Chapters are encouraged to bring displays and pictures of mission projects which they have completed.

Chapters may display a chapter mission project in the Craft Fair.

Chapters may bring displays of RA memorabilia and old pictures.


RACERS DERBY

1. For all Lads and Crusaders attending.
2. One(1) car per boy may be entered.
3. All cars will be inspected by specifications before racing.
4. Racer Specifications:
Width: Cannot exceed 2-3/4 inches
Length: Cannot exceed 7-3/4 inches
Wheels and Axles: Must be as received in RA racer kit with no washers or "spacers".
Wheel bearings, washers or bushings prohibited.
Details: Permissible as long as car stays within size and weight limits.
Springing: Cannot ride on any type of springs.
5. Awards:
1st, 2nd and 3rd place ribbons in 1-6 grades. Participant ribbon for all other entries. Trophy for best designed car in each division.
Trophy will be awarded for best design (stock-modified).
6. Lad and Crusader races by grade.
7. Cars must be made by cutting out wood blocks.
8. Official scales provided by RA Commitee will be used to determine car weight.
9. Adult volunteers are needed to help with derby. Please volunteer-sign up at registration.
10. Additional Awards for Best Christian or Mission Theme Car 1 Award for Lads 1 Award for Crusaders

Take Hwy 59 North to New Caney Exit. Turn right at intersection and go until it dead-ends(about a long block) and turn right. Go to traffic light and turn left. Go about a mile - after you cross a long bridge, turn right on the first blacktop road(State Park sign). It will be about a mile or less back to the ranch. Just curve as the road curves and come in the gate that says Camp Holy Wild. (Note: Follow State Park signs from US59)


* * IMPORTANT * *

If a parent is not coming with a boy, then you must have a medical release form signed by the parent. For accident insurance the boy's family insurance will be the primary provider. Camp Holy Wild camper insurance will be primary provider for any boy without family insurance and secondary provider for deductible or balance of payment.
