Each Church group will cook and eat all meals as a unit. For training experience and as a part of the competition, meals should be prepared both over open fires and on camp stoves. A campfire devotion service and a Sunday morning worship service will be held for all attending camp.

For accident insurance, the boy's family insurance will be the primary provider. Trinity Pines camper insurance will be primary provider for any boy without family insurance and secondary provider for deductibles or balance of payment.
