A SONG FROM HEAVEN
The first snow is announced by
all the Songs in the sky.
It is driven o'er the fields
and mountains.
Hiding hills and woods and
covering the cabin on the
hillside with its Heavenly veil.
I walk amongst the pleasures of
this wonderous sight, knowing
my God has given me one more gift
of beauty to add to my book of pleasures.
It is a wonderous sight to walk
in the beauty of the fresh white
fallen snow. My heart is warmed
by the sight, and my heart sings
with the joy of seeing another
season in her glorious beauty.
