Welcome:
This is the new home for news, views and activities for the Ugandans living in the United States of America and based in Dallas Forth Worth Metroplex. This will be a bulletin board for announcing upcoming events so your regular visitation is highly appreciated and commended.

Registered as a not-for-profit organization, Uganda American Association - Dallas Fort Worth (UAA-DFW) has been in existence for over 10 years.

The main objective for the formation of UAA-DFW was, and still is, to avail an avenue and opportunity for Ugandans in the DFW metroplex to interact, socialize, inform and condole one another as opportunity may avail and circumstances tend to warrant and/or dictate.

UAA-DFW is a wonderful medium of interaction and communication, it is an avenue for transmitting news, it provides a wonderful ground for meeting potential spouses, keeping in touch with school-old-time-friends. It avails chance for the young ones to get acquainted with and appreciate their cultural norms - which they would otherwise never know. UAA-DFW is equally an avenue for meeting other Africans brothers and sisters from other African countries as they join us in several of our functions.
