~Fairly new roio, I grabbed it from shnapster. It is a definite
upgrade from Plays the Animals and the other ones.
This was probably taken from the inside booklet:~

This two CD set features a complete show from
the 1977 Animals tour (aka 'In The Flesh' tour).
It's notable for it's very good performance and
the rare encore of 'Careful With That Axe, Eugene'.
A song that hadn't been played for a few years at
that time and has never ever been played since then.

'Roger Waters' shows some real venom in 'Pigs' and
'Shine On You Crazy Diamond, pt.VI-XI' features some
outstanding jamming which cannot be heard on the
original studio recording.

It's an audience recording but of such good quality that
this show has been bootlegged many times. Titles like
'Oakland Coliseum', 'Plays the Animals' and 'In The Flesh'
are among the most popular and common boots.

This release however is being brought on the 'Harvested'
label. The people behind Harvested, have made it
their mission to improve existing boots into
something better. The sound on this release is superiour
to all those other bootlegs and probably you won't
find any better source.

The bonus track 'Pigs On The Wing' is a studio recording
but not as can be found on the 'Animals' album.
In the mid-seventies there was a format called 8-track.
A kind of tape that could be played continously.
In order to seague from the end of the tape back to the
beginning the band recorded a version where 'Pigs On The
Wing, pt.1' and Pigs On The Wing, pt.2' were bridged by
a guitar solo. The solo however is not played by Dave
Gilmour but by Snowy White.
