"40" Source: December 14, 1989. Dortmund, Germany. Westfalenhalle. Sound Quality: Poor audience. Comments: First and foremost, don't waste you cash on this one, kids. I payed $35 for this back in 1992, and it was not worth it. All you can hear is a muffled Bono (a result of laryngitis and bad microphone) and the audience's stomping and clapping; hence, the name "feel the noise." Edge's guitars are completely absent. The only thing I really liked about this bootleg was the tracklisting. It captures U2 at their peak and live - the best way to experience them. This CD is the same as WHEN U2 COMES TO TOWN. The disc itself features a picture of Bono holding the microphone, with his arms raised over his head. B.B. King appears on Tracks 12-14. The cover incorrectly lists the source as "Du Kuippe Arena, Rotterdam, 1989." This is the original pressing on this label.
