Election Infomation
2001-2002 TXFSSG Officer Elections
We are about to delve into officer elections
again...but there is a difference this year. There
are certain people that will stay in certain positions,
and new positions will be opened that were never offered
before. Here is a lit of what is up for grabs and
what is not:
YOU MAY RUN FOR Assistant Director
- Art Division, Recruitment, Photo, Fan Works,
Chat/MBoard, Webring/Links, Inter-Club Affairs,
Website/Club Maitenence; Associate Deputy Director;
Secretary; Field Agent; Special Agent; Art Agent; Agent
YOU MAY NOT RUN FOR Director; Deputy Director;
Assistant Director - Overall, Fanfiction Division
Current officer list posted at The Member Center.
This is REALLY IMPORTANT so I want you all
to take this seriously. Please read the duties
and requirements below, then post on the m-board, at the Yahoo! Club, or email dana_xfpc@yahoo.com, dinerly@crosswinds.net,
or txfssg@yahoo.com

Officer Duties/Requirements:
- Director: Head of SSG/club, Head of the
Office of Professional Responsibility, oversees
website/fic site maintenence
- Deputy Director: Second-in-charge of
SSG/club, Second-in charge of the Office of
Professional Responsibility, head maintainer of
XFSSG website/fanfic site, takes over for
Director if she is on leave
- Agents (all of you): post, post
news/spoilers about XF, create art, recruit,
write fanfic
- Assistant Director: manages it's said
division, helps to oversee all
divisions, takes over for Deputy Director
if she is on leave
- Associate Deputy Director: message
board/chat host, maintains webrings/links, helps
to oversee all divisions, takes over for Asst.
Director if she is on leave
- Secretary: Posts club chats on the
website, posts/emails members about special
events, personal helper to Director and Asst.
Director
- Special Agents: Find (Investigate) new
fanfic/art for site, judge fanfic contests,
writes fanfic (optional)
- Field Agents: Recruits members, posts
pictures, helps Special Agents in need
- Art Agents: create art/dustjackets for
site/clubs, finds new art (on the web) for the
site/clubs, judge art contests
Requirements for jobs -
- ALL AGENTS MUST HAVE: cut & paste
knowledge, typing skills
- Assistant Director: HTML knowledge, upload
knowledge, directorial skills, friendly
- Associate Deputy Director:
messageboard/chat knowledge, directorial skills,
friendly, some HTML knowledge
- Secretary: some HTML knowledge, good
typing skills, friendly, helpful
- Field Agents: friendly, must know how to
use Yahoo! and MSN photo uploader, friendly and
persuasive
- Special Agents: must be able to read well,
good artistic eye, good writer (optional)
- Art Agents: artistic, good artistic eye

1) Art Investigation

3) Recruitment
4) Photo
5) Fan Works (created art/fic)
(Administrative)
6) Chats/Messageboard
7) Webrings/Links
8) Inter-Club Affairs (don't ask-you'll find out soon
enough)
9) Website/Club Maintenence
Eventually:
*We will have 9 divisions (just like in the REAL FBI)
with 9 assistant directors, but for now, we will settle
with 3 A.D.s for all 9 divisions.
