Our Schools are members of the International Taekwon-Do Federation and teach the traditional ITF style of Taekwon-Do as created by the founder, General Choi Hong HI. The Southern Interior Taekwon-Do Association consists of ITF Schools from through-out the southern Interior of British Columbia. Our Chief instructor is Mr. Robert Gill IV Dan International Instructor. Mr. Gill has over 26 years of Taekwon-Do experience and has been teaching the art since 1987.
