Tae comes from
Korea
and from the word
„Taekwon-Do“
and it means speed, power and mobility of the legs, and
it
comes
from
exercising
of the body.
Duchieu means: You have to be honest, upright and
well-behaved with
your parents and to others.
And therefore it belongs to the sphere of spirit.
Everyone needs body and spirit in order to live, to be
alive.
Here
is
an advice:
If you don’t want
to
practise a
heavy
sport,
then
play
light sports
like
walking,
cycling
or swimming. All these activities will unite your spirit and
body, and then you will feel well, better and you will
enjoy your lives.
