Barcelona Rentals does not share any of this information with outside parties; however, we do reserve the right to release information concerning a member at the request of law enforcement agencies. We respond to subpoenas, warrants, or other court orders regarding information that we possess concerning any member or visitor. We cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We also reserve the right to report any llegal activity to law enforcement for prosecution.
