WANG ORIENTAL STYLE NOODLE (SEAFOOD FLAVOR)
Soup Base: soybean sauce powder, garlic, onion, shrimp, squid, glucose, sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate
Extra Season Packet: redpepper powder
Flake: green onion, squid, shrimp, carrot, seaweed, fried starch
Spicyness: 4
Comment: The noodles were in a wet pack and appeared to be about the thickness of udon noodles. The additonal packet of red pepper lets you add the amount of spicyness to the broth. I used it all. The flake came in a block form, which I prefer, seems  there are always large amounts of veggies and stuff in these. And true to form there were. The broth had a seafood smell and flavor. Also a salty and spicy taste to it. I didn't find any squid but did find several shrimp. This is a great ramen.

WANG ORIENTAL STYLE NOODLE BONITO FLAVOR
Soup Base: soy sauce, bonito extract, anchovy extract, malt syrup, sugar, salt
Flake: green onion, fried starch, red pepper powder, laver, fish cake
Season Packet: bonito
Spicyness: 3
Comment: The noodles were in the wet pack. There was an enormous amount of green onion included with the flake packet. The additional packet of bonito flakes was a first so far in my ramen reviews. The smell and flavor was of fish. The bontio flakes added a lot of flavor to the broth. But the green onion really added the depth that this broth needed. A little more soy sauce and this would have been perfect.

WANG KIMCHI FLAVOR
Soup Base: kimchi seasoning, red pepper powder, soy sauce powder, salt, monosodium glutamate
Dehydrated Mix: chinese cabbage, scallion, garlic, red pepper, corn starch, red pepper powder, dextrin
Spicyness: 3
Comment: Rice noodles are in this ramen. The dehydrated mix was a block of kimchi!! The broth was a nice kimchi flavor with a little spicyness to it. But what really makes this ramen good is the actual kimchi in it. It provides the needed flavor to separte this ramen from other kimchi flavored that are on the market. An excellent ramen from Wang.

WANG KOREAN STYLE STARCH NOODLE JAPCHAE
Bowl Size: 4.4oz/126g
Sauce Packet: soy sauce(soybean, wheat, salt), onion, garlic, black pepper powder, caramel, corn syrup, sugar, salt, water, monosodium glutamate
Dehydrated Mix: spinach, carrot, red pepper, onion, mushroom
Oil Packet: sesame oil
Spicyness: 1
Comment: Japchae is one of my favorite Korean dishes. Seeing this in a ramen bowl I was a little skeptical to see if Wang could pull off a tasty ramen bowl version of this. This one has no broth so you add your hot water and after a few minutes drain it off and mix in the sauce mix. The dehydrated veggie pack was about the size of a deck of card and exploded when it was added to the water. It produced an enourmous amount of veggies!! After getting everything mixed together the ramen had a nice seseame smell to it. The noodles absorbed all the flavors from the sauce packet and tasted just incredible. The combination of the soy sauce and sesame oil brought everything to life. But the real treat was all the veggies. Huge amounts of spinach and giant mushrooms really made this seem like I was at my local Korean restaraunt. Wang did indeed pull this one off.

WANG BLACK BEAN PASTE
Soup Base: black bean sauce, sugar, onion, soy sauce, garlic, sodium carbonate, monosodium glutamate
Dehydrated Mix: squid(wild), green onion, seaweed, red pepper, soybean protein, red pepper powder
Spicyness: 2
Comment: Wang produces some top quality ramens so I was eager to try the latest offering from them. There is a lot in the news lately about eating wild versus farm raised seafood so I got a little laugh with Wang stating that the dehydrated squid was (wild). The noodles are in a wet pack and there is no broth with this one. Just mix up the liquid soup base with the noodles and you are done. After mixing the sauce pack up with the noodles the color of the noodles are black and it is a different look for ramen. Black bean paste is normally sweet and this was no exception. The flavor was sweet but also salty and they complemented each other quite well. Sometimes a little spicyness could be detected but also there were bits of squid throughout which provided a seafood flavor to the dish. Overall another good ramen from Wang.
