Comment: This is my first review of Vina Acecook bowls and as usual with Asian ramen is the missing ingriedient lists. This came with some kind of sauce pack I assume soy sauce but who knows. I did find the addition of okra unusual for a ramen, I think this may be the first to have that. Okra is a popular vegetable here where I live in Alabama but not well known in other areas of the U.S. The broth had a sourish flavor with just a hint of seafood flavor. The spicyness hits you next and is a nice touch to the sourness of the broth. There was a huge amount of pieces of shrimp mostly seemed like the shell and I was a little disappointed by the size of the okra not to big just little pieces. The noodles were your standard thinner S.E. Asian kind and held up well in the broth. Overall a good ramen would get a 5 but I think I need to deduct a few points for leaving out the sauce pack in the ingrident list.
Overall: 4.5
