VE WONG KUNG-FU BEEF
Season Packet: salt, leeks, monosodium glutamate, garlic powder, soy sauce powder (soybean, wheat, salt), beef extract powder, spices
Oil Packet: palm oil, beef oil
Spiceyness: 2
Comment: The broth has a tea like color. There is a nice beef flavor and the leeks provide a wonderful touch, that enhances the experience. Not much spiceyness, but it sneaks up on you on ocassion. There is a greasy layer on top due to the oil packet, but this ramen is well worth it.

VE WONG BEAN THREAD ONION FLAVOR
Season Packet: salt, monosodium glutamate, glucose, mushroom powder, spices, dried vegetables(mushroom, bean sprout, leeks)
Oil Packet: palm oil, shallot
Spicyness: 1
Comment: The noodles for this ramen are made from mung beans. These can be called greenbean thread, glass noodle or cellophane. These dont require any cooking just add some hot water and within 2 minutes the noodles are ready to go. When I opened the oil packet the smell of shallots was intense. One problem when the noodles are ready they stick to one another. So when you take a bite its just a big mass of noodles. But this is normal for this type of noodle. The broth had a pleasant onion aroma and flavor. The ample amount of veggies provided a nice crunch. Unlike the other ve wong's this one was not too oily.

VE WONG BEAN THREAD SEAFOOD FLAVOR
Season Packet: salt, monosodium glutamate, glucose, garlic powder, spices, carrot, leeks, seaweed, shrimp
Oil Packet: shrimp oil
Spicyness: 1
Comment: All the ingredients came in one packet except for the oil. The noodles are the cellphane type, they cook really fast compared to ramen made of wheat. The same problem arose when eating the noodles, they tend to clump together in one big wad. The flavor of the broth was a little seafoody, but mostly a salty flavor. A few tiny dehydrated shrimp are in the mix plus some fairly large pieces of seaweed. Overall a pretty good ramen.
