The clerk at the store where I bought this warned me this was really spicy. He was correct. To date this is the hottest ramen I have done. The broth had an intense spicyness that burned my lips, mouth and throat. I am sure there was a beefy flavor in there but I could not taste it. Only the intense spicyness is what you will taste. The noodles were chewy and delicious but they also soaked up a lot of the spicy broth and they just kept burning my mouth with every bite. After I was done I was sweating and felt like I have just gone to war. This ramen is not for the faint of heart. Overall: 5 |
