SIX FORTUNE BROAD NOODLES
Season Packet: water, soy sauce(soy bean, water, salt), salt, pepper, monosodium glutamate, sugar, glucose
Dehydrated Mix: garlic, pumpkin(also contained green onion which wasn't listed)
Spicyness: 1
Comment: This is a new Korean ramen made by a company I have never heard of. Couldn't find a website for the company. As the norm with Korean ramen many of the ingredients appear to be missing from the ingredient list. The season packet contained a liquid soysauce base and the addition of pumpkin was unusual for ramen. The broth had a salty mild taste. The broad noodles soaked up the broth nicely and held up well. There was ample veggiess and the pumpkin added a little sweetness. Be hungry, this makes a huge bowl.

SIX FORTUNE U-DONG
Season Packet: salt, monosodium glutamate, soy sauce(soy bean, water, salt), sugar, pepper, tuna powder, garlic
Dehydrated Mix: fish ball(wheat, flour, farm oil, cuttle fish powder, poly phosphate, vitaminE)
Spicyness: 3
Comment: I guess the flavor for this ramen is spicy seafood. Six fortune apparentley doesn't feel the need to put the English flavor on the package. The broth was a spicy, salty, and a little fishy tasting. When fully rehydrated there was a fish cake which provided some more seafood flavor. Not much in the way of veggies with this one.

SIX FORTUNE BEEF FLAVOR
Season Packet: salt, corn germ powder, monosodium glutamate, glucose, soy sauce(soybean, water, salt), caramel powder, soybean powder, black pepper powder, garlic powder, simulated beef flavor powder(beef bone powder, soysauce), chicken extracts, sugar, garlic paste, beef flavor, dehydrated onion
Spicyness: 1
Comment: All the ingredients came in one pouch. The flavor of the broth was actually pretty beefy and little oily. The noodles held up well in the broth and there were ample imitation pieces of beef in the mix. These tiny little morsels actually had a sweet taste to them. It would have been nice to have some additional veggies but overall a good ramen.
